Chris from St. Vincent de Paul parish in Cleveland asked: "Our conference supplies clients with emergency food. This is all non-perishable items as we don't have access to a refrigerator. To provide perishable items we give the client Giant Eagle gift cards. Unfortunately, these cards can be used for beer and cigarettes, not what was intended. Does anyone have a better way?"
