The basic unit of the Society is the Conference—a group of men and women who wish to live the Vincentian vocation, a blend of spiritual growth, fellowship and service to those in need. Conferences usually are affiliated with parishes and are identified by the parish name. With over 1500 members in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Lorain, Medina, Ashland and Wayne counties, St. Vincent de Paul’s parish-based Conferences help thousands of people in need of assistance.

In the spirit of what it truly means to serve others, Vincentians visit the needy in their homes providing them with assistance in the form of food, furniture, clothing and more.
