SVDP Diocesan Council The SVDP Diocesan Council was reorganized January 1, 2009 and continues to coordinate SVDP activities in the Diocese of Cleveland including the following District Councils: Lake-Geauga, East Cuyahoga, West Cuyahoga(including Lorain County District Council) and the Akron District Council. Robert Reuter is Diocesan Council President and Larry Lauter is the Diocesan Council Secretary/Treasurer. Ron Semega is the Vice President. The newly appointed Executive Director is John Litten effective February 1, 2012.
